- BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM/Ped
- Hospital employed, 100% outpatient
- Mon- Fri, 8 am- 5 pm
- Join 3 MDs and 2 APP's
- 18-24 patients/day
- Supervise APPs by reviewing/signing off on at least 10% of their charts
- Epic EMR
- Salary plus wRVU structure with full benefits
- Facility qualifies for public service loan forgiveness
