- BC/BE in Cardiovascular Disease
- Full-time, hospital employed - 90-bed hospital (they have no cath lab)
- Joining 2 FT Cardiologists
- Doing outpatient clinic - 3 days a week - see 15-20 patients a day / call & rounding 2 days a week
- Comp model: 2 year base salary and then after switches to 100% RVU model
- Benefits include: Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 403B plan, 8 weeks of PTO, CME, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, fully funded pension plan by year 5
