•  Provider relocating. Taking over practice.
• Equal time in both offices. Large multispecialty offices w. lab/imaging.
• Built in patient base. High volume. General ENT. Mostly general ENT. Can build subspecialty over time.
• Mix of clinic/OR.

•  Shared call approx 1-4/5.
• Will accept sub-specialty but must be willing to do most general.
