Care Team Model, 4:1
Approx 90% Supervision
Cases include B&B, general, OB, trauma, interventional radiology, neuro, ortho, ophthalmology, high risk peds and OB, peds urology, peds ENT
No cardiac or pain
1:6 beeper backup call - NO IN HOUSE CALL
Never on 1st call
