• Board Certified/ Eligible Pediatrician
• Active Tennessee license or in process 
• Full-time private practice
• 100% Outpatient
• Can start anytime after July 1st  
• 4.5 day work week (with .5 days dedicated to administration, no need to be in office)  36 total hours of Patient contact per week
• Outpatient phone cal call is 1.5; the call is shared with another practice.
• The team includes 2 physicians and 5 mid-level providers
• Salary ranges with experience: 160-200K, comprehensive benefits package included
• Physician incentives once the threshold is met. Make 60% of the revenue you bring in!
