• Hospital employed position
• BC/BE Family Practice, Internal Medicine or Med-Peds
• Fellowship trained, or 1 year of experience in Integrative Health
• Full-time, Mon-Fri –36 contact patient hours
• Ideally looking for someone with root cause functional medicine experience 
• Spend some time at one other location close by 
• Join MD/DOs, APCs, licensed acupuncturists, registered dieticians, and other professionals.
• Limited phone call
