- Western Indiana - Chicagoland area
- Subspecialties are welcomed
- Inpatient and Outpatient
- Group practice setting
- Monday - Friday
- 1:6 call rotation
- 15-25 clinic patients per day
- NP support
- Highly competitive base salary plus contract bonuses off RVUs
