• Active Florida License or in Process
• Joining 3 other providers in the group
• Office hours are Monday through Friday 
• Accredited in-office surgical suite
• Allergy testing and treatment
• Call is light with 1 day out of 4 to 5 days
• Partnership trach with potential buy-in for the surgery center
• Diagnostic Audiology and Vestibular testing
• In-office Zoran CT Scanner
• Hearing aids
