- Seven 24 hours shifts per month
- Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalists (monthly): 19
- Hospitalists to provide GYN coverage
- Hospitalists not required to perform circumcisions
- Hospitalists needed for first assist
- Backup available to hospitalists
- Hospitalists to backup/supervise midwives
- Anesthesia and CRNA on-call 24/7
