- Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician
- Active Utah License or in process
- 20-35 PPD
- Monday - Friday 9 AM- 7 PM (staggered schedule)
- Saturday 9 AM - 12 PM (one provider)
- NP will rotate weekends, and take hospital calls
