There is a low patient volume (avg 10 per day). The clinician will see mostly chronic issues with some acute care. The clinician must be familiar with Medicaid care. Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Internal Medicine in Salem, VA - A nursing home is seeking a nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage. While on assignment in Salem, Virginia, tube down the Roanoke River, explore downtown Roanoke, or visit Parkway Brewing Company! The schedule is full-time Monday- Friday 6 hours per day one site and then can go home and do 2 hours/day of charting if they would like.
