Responsibilities and Duties * Perform PACE work, primarily involving paperwork with low patient volume. * Provide all-inclusive care for patients aged 55 and above. * Manage typical geriatric visits and well checks, including conditions like colds, coughs, flu, diabetes, and hypertension. * Engage with a patient population that is 75% Spanish speaking, with translators and Spanish speaking MAs available. * Serve an underserved patient population, 78% of whom are covered by Medicaid.
