Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare services to women of diverse ages and backgrounds in a busy clinic setting. * Conduct thorough assessments, including health histories, physical examinations, and screenings. * Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices and patient needs. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. * Educate patients on health management, reproductive health, and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. * Ensure adherence to all safety, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Qualifications: * Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in Women's Health, Urgent Care, or related settings. * Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with active, unrestricted California NP license. * Bilingual in Spanish required; ability to conduct full patient assessments independently. * Current certification in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration. * Excellent communication skills, compassionate patient care approach, and strong clinical judgment.
