Specialty: Cardiovascular Physician Assistant - First Assist ? Site Name and Location: Kaiser Permanente -San Francisco Medical Center ? Reason for coverage: Maternity Leave ? Dates of Coverage: August 15th - December 31st ? Practice Description: - Setting: OR and Hospital Floor Coverage - Daily Responsibilities: Pulling Epicardial Wires, Chest Tubes, Vein Harvesting and MUST be proficient in EVH and First Assist. Endoscopic radial artery harvest experience HIGHLY preferred - Shifts/Schedule Expectations: Monday - Friday but would prefer someone that is open to rotating weekends with days off during week - Call Schedule/Responsibilities: No Call - PPD/Census: Estimated : Up to 4 Open Cases per day plus emergencies which typically the call person would be doing. Not expecting locums to take call - Number of Providers Per Shift & Support Staff: 7 CV Surgeons, 8 Cardiovascular PA's - EMR: EPIC
