Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Surgery - Vascular in Michigan - We are seeking a NP/PA in Michigan  to support its Cardiovascular Surgery service . The APP team supports both Cardiac and Vascular Surgery services. This is a rounding-only position with no operating room responsibilities . 🕒 SCHEDULE & CALL * 4-day, 10-hour shifts * 1 weekend per month (solo coverage) * 1 in 4 weeks call (first call from home) 🩺 PATIENT VOLUME (APPROXIMATE) * CVICU: 2–3/day (up to 8) * CVSU: 2–5/day + discharges * Vascular: 4–10 patients (mostly floor, often consults) * Weekends: 15–30 total patient list * Average daily census: ~15 patients/day * Travel reimbursed: * ✈️ Flight * 🏨 Hotel * 🚗 Rental car * 🚘 Mileage (IRS standard rate) * Board Certified NP / APP — Required * Active Michigan license or NLC — Preferred * BLS & ACLS — Required * Clean malpractice & license history — Highly Preferred 🏅 CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED * BLS * ACLS
