Travel Expenses * Depending on the travel that is required, we may place caps on travel costs. * Lodging Policy: * Group shall provide reasonable lodging for provider during the term of this Confirmation for so long as he/she lives more than (one) 1 hour away and one of the following applies: 1) filling two consecutive days of shifts (ex. Monday and Tuesday) or 2) completes a shift after 8pm. Exceptions may be made for weather, etc., but must be approved prior to expense. * There is a cap on what BVHS will be charged.
