Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Surgery - Vascular in Pennsylvania - Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment providing hospital-based coverage with a mix of consults and operative cases. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a Level 1 Trauma hospital with Hybrid OR capabilities , supporting residents and a full surgical team. Schedule & Coverage: * 24-hour beeper call, one week per month * Example blocks: May 15–22, May 29–June 5, June 12–19 * Daily consults: 10–15 per week * Surgeries: 6–10 per week * Average callback: 6–8 hours per day Work Details: * Department includes residents onsite * Hybrid OR and APS angioplasty procedures * EMR System: EPIC * Hospital Bed Size: 500, Level 1 Trauma center * Patient Population: Adults requiring vascular consults and surgery Practice Setting: Hospital ✅ QUALIFICATIONS * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery * PA medical license required * DEA registration required * Minimum experience: 1 year * Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (temporary coverage available with clean file) 🎁 BENEFITS * Competitive locum tenens compensation * Exposure to advanced Hybrid OR and angioplasty procedures * Work with residents and a supportive surgical team * Level 1 trauma experience * 2 hours gratis for callback coverage  

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Surgery - Vascular in Pennsylvania - We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon for a locum tenens weekend assignment in a busy hospital setting. This role covers two hospitals approximately 25 minutes apart, providing high-quality vascular surgery care including bypass and amputation procedures . Schedule & Coverage: * Friday 7:00 AM or 3:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM * 24-hour call on weekends, every weekend * Average callbacks: ~2 hours per day * EMR System: EPIC * Hospital Bed Size: 150 * Support Staff: APP available for first assist Clinical Responsibilities: * Evaluate and manage adult vascular patients (18+) * Perform surgical procedures including bypass and amputations * Collaborate with APPs and hospital staff for optimal patient care Practice Setting: * Hospital-based coverage * Multi-hospital rotation ✅ QUALIFICATIONS * Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Vascular Surgery * Active Pennsylvania medical license * DEA registration required * Minimum of 1 year post-training experience in vascular surgery * Credentialing timeframe: 90 days (temporary coverage available with a clean file) 🎁 BENEFITS * Competitive locum tenens compensation * 24-hour weekend coverage with APP support * Exposure to a wide variety of vascular surgical procedures * Work in a supportive hospital environment * Opportunity to maintain surgical skills and clinical independence
