Practice Overview: * You'll join 2 urologists (1 full-time, 1 CMO-split), an NP, and a visiting Uro-Oncologist * General urology focus with flexibility for robotics, oncology, female urology, and more * Sub-area of focus can be negotiated * No other urology providers in the entire referral region (catchment 230,000+) * Strong procedural mix: BPH, stones, bladder, oncology, UroLift, Rezūm, cystoscopy, vasectomy * Clinic rooms are procedure equipped in addition to the 8 OR's in the hospital * Ability to grow the procedural volume. The Hospital will invest in this service line! Schedule: * OR every Monday; additional OR every other Friday (half-day) * Clinic Tuesday-Thursday full days; Friday half-day * Light call (10 days/month); stone-focused; no ER consults for non-surgical cases * Call is phone only and back-up.
