About the Clinician's Workday The physician will deliver urgent care services during day shifts at an on-site outpatient clinic in Alabama, working 3 days per week with Saturdays as mandatory coverage days. Shifts run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, and the clinician should anticipate an average of 4 patients per hour. The patient panel is established and walk-in only; clinicians must be comfortable managing acute care presentations as well as chronic conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. Onsite x-ray and an experienced triage and medical assistant staff are available to support clinical operations.
