Practice Overview: * Full-time Physician Assistant on-site * Schedule: 2-3 days telehealth patient visits * 2 days phone availability to go over labs, patient care & administrative duties * Average 12-15 patients/day * On-site Rehabilitation Therapist * Hospital would like for the new physician to come on-site once a quarter.
