Physician (MD/DO) - Rheumatology in Salem, OR - We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established outpatient practice. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care for patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in a collaborative and supportive environment. POSITION DETAILS: * Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) * Setting: Outpatient only * Shift: 8-hour day shifts * Call: Shared outpatient call (no inpatient responsibilities) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Diagnose and manage rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions * Perform in-office procedures (joint injections, aspirations) * Develop and manage individualized treatment plans * Interpret labs and imaging, adjust care accordingly * Collaborate with referring providers and specialists * Maintain accurate EMR documentation * Educate patients on conditions and treatment plans REQUIREMENTS: * MD/DO – Board Certified or Board Eligible * Minimum 2+ years of Rheumatology experience * Active State License (or willingness to obtain) * DEA license * Strong EMR and communication skills COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * Competitive compensation (negotiable) * Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance * CME reimbursement * 6 weeks PTO annually * Health, dental, vision coverage * 401(k) with employer contribution * Malpractice coverage provided * Professional membership reimbursement
