Physician Assistant (PA) - Pulmonology in Boston, MA - We are seeking a dedicated Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established and growing pulmonary medicine practice just south of Boston. Position Highlights * Full-time, employed position * Competitive compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 , based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package * Collaborative physician-led pulmonary team * Stable schedule with work-life balance * Modern facilities and strong clinical support staff Key Responsibilities * Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic pulmonary conditions * Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing disease management for pulmonary patients * Order and interpret diagnostic studies, including PFTs, imaging, and laboratory tests * Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans * Provide patient education on disease management and preventive care * Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record * Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and interdisciplinary care teams Requirements: * Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program * Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification * Massachusetts license or eligibility for licensure * Prior experience in pulmonary medicine preferred (new graduates with strong interest considered) * Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills * Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Benefits Package: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement plan with employer contribution * Paid time off and holidays * CME allowance and paid CME time * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
