This role involves a 7on/7off schedule with daily 12-hour shifts during the week and 10-hour shifts on weekends, focusing on acute inpatient care for 12-20 adult patients daily, including those with civil commitments and complex psychiatric conditions. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to 12-20 adult inpatient acute unit patients per day. * Manage cases involving civil commitments, general psychiatry, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, and bipolar disorder. * Address the needs of patients, noting approximately 90% present with a personality disorder. * Adhere to a 7on/7off schedule, with 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday and 10-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
