They are seeking someone who is forward thinking and is truly focused on the long term treatment of patients! This non-narcotic based practice relies on procedural based pain management and neuropathy to help patients recover from chronic pain and arthritis. Their approach revolves around physical therapy, rehab therapy, orthopedic bracing, trigger point injections, and joint manipulation. Physician (MD/DO) - Physical Medicine in Alabama - Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a practice in Auburn AL to recruit a provider board-certified in PMR! This is not primary care-there will be no nights, no weekends, no holidays, no on-call, no excessive volume of patients to see in a day, and low risk of malpractice. This practice helps patients with chronic pain issues like arthritis, DJD, neuropathy, and various other musculoskeletal problems, with minimal medication prescription. If you don't have a background in those conditions, don't worry, the clinic will send you to all the appropriate trainings. The provider in this position will have two basic responsibilities: To perform procedures such as trigger point injections and joint injections and to evaluate patients per exams. Again, all the appropriate training will be provided. This practice does not prescribe opioids.
