This role involves both inpatient and some outpatient coverage, including oversight of a Nurse Practitioner, with daily shifts from 8am to 5pm. The successful Physician will manage a diverse range of cases and contribute to patient care through dedicated clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide inpatient coverage, with some outpatient responsibilities for physician vacation. * Offer oversight for a Nurse Practitioner. * Be willing and interested in enrolling patients in research studies. * Provide call coverage. * Manage acute leukemia cases. * Address neutropenic fever. * Treat lymphoma. * Handle multiple myeloma. * Manage sickle cell crises. * Oversee Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) / Pulmonary Embolism (PE) management.
