Annual volume includes approximately 200 open‑heart cases, 10+ pediatric transplants, and 500 catheterization procedures. The role includes a blended practice model with both solo case management and medically directed supervision, with an estimated 60% higher‑acuity patients and 40% healthier cases. Epic EMR is utilized for documentation.
