Locum Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) - Dentistry - Pediatric in Central Florida, FL - Pediatric Dentist | Florida Schedule Start: ASAP End: Ongoing Shifts: 5 to 10 shifts per month Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour unpaid lunch) Scheduling note: Client schedules approximately 30 days in advance Openings: 1 Position Overview Provide pediatric focused dental coverage across multiple nearby outpatient clinic locations as scheduled. Clinical Scope * Crowns * Fillings * Sealants * Preventative and restorative care * Case mix noted as approximately 60 percent hygiene and 40 percent restorative Patient Population and Volume * Ages 2 and older * Fast paced setting with approximately 40 to 60 patients per day referenced Site Details * Provider will work as part of a multi provider team * Hygienists and dental assistants on site * Provider will work at one location per day and float across three locations as scheduled * Credentialing timeframe noted as 1 to 2 weeks if enrolled in Florida Medicaid Required Qualifications * Active Florida dental license * Pediatric or general dentistry experience with pediatric patients * Florida Medicaid enrollment required * CPR certification required (PALS if doing sedation as applicable by site) Benefits * Malpractice insurance coverage * Weekly electronic pay * Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
