Quick Facts: * Location: Colorado Springs, CO * Start Date: 06/03/2026 * Duration: Permanent * Shift: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (hours per week: 40) * Employment Type: Full-Time Physician * Licenses/Certifications: Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) * Experience: Preferred: 3+ years in general ENT or subspecialty; strong team collaboration skills Pay & Benefits: * Pay: $458,000 – $508,000 annually * Additional Compensation: Potential quality and productivity bonuses * Benefits include: * Medical, vision, dental insurance * Malpractice coverage paid by the employer * Generous CME allowance * Retirement plans (403(b) with employer match, 457(b) plan option) * Paid leave including Family & Medical Leave and Colorado FAMLI * Paid sick leave, PTO, and holiday time * Relocation assistance (if applicable) * Other perks: wellness programs, pet insurance, employee discounts, and more What You’ll Do: * Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care at a busy, outpatient clinic and hospital setting * Join a multidisciplinary team including subspecialty ENT surgeons, audiologists, and APPs * Perform general ENT procedures, including diagnostics, minor and major surgeries, and patient consultations * Participate in call rotation shared equally among physicians * Use EPIC EMR to manage patient records efficiently * Contribute to clinic development and possibly focus on subspecialties such as Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery if interested What You Need: * Valid medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure * Board Eligible or Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) * Minimum of 3 years of ENT practice experience preferred * Strong clinical skills and team-oriented attitude * Ability to work in a fast-paced, modern medical environment About the Assignment: Join a highly respected ENT team at a leading facility in Colorado Springs, providing comprehensive general ENT services with access to cutting-edge technology and facilities.
