Physician (MD/DO) - Surgery - Orthopedic in Arizona - We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a physician-led organization in Arizona focused on building and supporting high-performing surgical teams across the United States. Our model emphasizes predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and allowing surgeons to focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital-based setting. This position supports a Level II Trauma Center and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic trauma team in a collaborative, well-supported environment. The practice provides a balanced mix of operative and non-operative trauma care while maintaining a strong commitment to quality outcomes and patient-centered care. Opportunities avaialable in Tucson, Phoenix, Glendale and Mesa. Schedule * 183 shifts annually (24-hour shifts) * Blocked scheduling with 7-day stretches * Built-in recovery time between rotations Responsibilities * Provide operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients * Participate in trauma call coverage * Manage a broad range of fracture care and orthopedic injuries * Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, hospitalist, and rehabilitation teams * Balance surgical cases, inpatient care, and follow-up clinic responsibilities * Ensure timely documentation and high-quality patient care Requirements * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery * Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship preferred * Experience managing orthopedic trauma patients in a hospital-based setting * Eligible for Arizona medical licensure * Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation package * Comprehensive benefits including: * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan * CME allowance * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage

As a full time member of our orthopedic trauma department, the successful candidate will bring specialized expertise in managing traumatic musculoskeletal injuries.
