Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Optometry - General/Other in Montana - Our client in Montana is seeking an experienced Optometrist for a 240-day assignment starting Aug 31, 2026. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, including routine exams, contact lens fittings, and the management of various ocular conditions, with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages * Perform comprehensive eye exams * Conduct contact lens fittings and provide training * Manage and monitor ocular conditions such as diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, and dry eye * Diagnose and treat acute eye conditions like red eye, conjunctivitis, and foreign body removals * Co-manage post-operative care for cataract and LASIK patients * Offer vision therapy and low vision services * Provide urgent eye care for conditions including flashes, floaters, and eye pain Additional Information * Board certification in Optometry Benefits * Strong compensation * Travel-related expenses covered * A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided * Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
