About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide inpatient hematology and oncology coverage Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, for a schedule of 16 shifts per month, with 2 weeks of coverage required per month. Each shift is 8 hours in duration, and all clinical work is conducted on-site. Call coverage is required and may include potentially one week and one weekend per month, conducted via phone only. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required for this assignment. Clinical duties include conducting patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and managing hematologic and oncologic conditions in an outpatient and clinic setting. Board certification in Medical Oncology is required for this assignment.
