Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Oncology - General/Other in Willimantic, CT - We are seeking a Locums Oncology Physician to provide outpatient coverage in Willimantic, Connecticut. This opportunity is ideal for a Medical Oncologist (generalist preferred) who is comfortable managing both general oncology and benign hematology patients in a collaborative, patient-focused practice. Compensation: $425 Per Hour Assignment Details * Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic * Schedule: 3 days per week * Call: None * Responsibilities * Evaluate and manage adult patients with a variety of oncologic conditions. * Provide comprehensive medical oncology care with a focus on general oncology. * Support the evaluation and management of benign hematology conditions. * Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and supportive care as appropriate. * Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care. * Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Qualifications * MD or DO from an accredited medical school. * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology. * General Medical Oncology experience required. * Experience managing benign hematology conditions preferred. * Active Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain .

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Oncology - General/Other in Richmond, IN - We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity in Richmond, Indiana. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with shared call responsibilities while working alongside a collaborative oncology team dedicated to providing high-quality cancer care. Position Details * Schedule: Tuesday–Friday * Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) * Mondays Off * Practice Setting: Outpatient Oncology Clinic with Call Coverage Call Responsibilities * Night call on select weekdays (schedule to be determined) * Weekend call rotation (schedule to be determined) * Call responsibilities include serving as both the primary and backup physician for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Clinical Responsibilities * Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions. * Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. * Provide follow-up care and ongoing disease management. * Review laboratory, pathology, and diagnostic imaging results. * Collaborate with APPs, infusion staff, nurses, pharmacists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive cancer care. * Provide physician support for APPs during assigned call coverage. * Maintain timely and accurate medical documentation. Qualifications * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology * Active Indiana medical license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) * Current BLS certification required * ACLS certification required if requesting conscious sedation privileges * Current DEA registration (if applicable)
