Physicians rotate one 24-hour in-house call shift each week followed by a day off, with dedicated clinic and OR time throughout the remainder of the week. The long-term goal is a sustainable 1:7 call schedule. * Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $496,216-$571,216 , relocation assistance of $10,000-$15,000 , comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and a faculty appointment.
