Submission Requirements * Board Certified (ACNP, AGNP, PA-C) [REQUIRED] * No FNPs, only Acute Care NP or PA [REQUIRED] * MN License [REQUIRED] at time of name clear * ATLS, PALS, ACLS [REQUIRED] Status required at name clear or will be redirected * NOC shift 7p-730a [REQUIRED] * Local Candidate [PREFERRED] * DEA - Verbal Confirmation [REQUIRED] at time of name clear * A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. [REQUIRED] * Minimum 1 year of practice as an APP in the inpatient setting, optimally with trauma , ICU , and/or orthopedics.
