Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice in Maine - Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Location: ME Setting: In home health assessments Start: ASAP to ongoing Statewide Opportunities: Opportunities are available throughout most counties statewide. Assignments are scheduled based on provider availability and county demand, with opportunities in all but a limited number of restricted counties. Travel and Lodging: Airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations are provided based on provider availability. Position Overview We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform in home health and wellness assessments for geriatric patients. This is a flexible, provider driven opportunity built for independent clinicians who want control over their schedule while delivering meaningful, patient focused care. Schedule and Volume * Typical schedule: Monday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Daily volume: 5 to 8 in home assessments per day * Availability requirement: Providers must be available at least two full days per week, including at least one weekday. Weekend only availability is not accepted. Clinical Scope * In home health and wellness assessments for health plan members * History and physical style evaluations * Medication reconciliation and health counseling * Vitals and basic point of care screening as applicable * Documentation completed on a provided tablet based platform Required Qualifications * Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice * National certification for NP or PA * Active NPI * CAQH profile required Benefits * Malpractice insurance coverage * Weekly electronic pay * Refer and earn program: Earn $2,000 per referral.
