Locum Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Nurse Practitioner in Dothan, AL - VHS is seeking a FT Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner for a nocturnist position with SoutheastHealth in   Hospital employed Hospitalist group seeks Nurse Practitioners with Acute Care experience to join our robust, rapidly growing Hospitalist team. Southeast Health is a 420-bed regional referral and Level II trauma center. We manage our own Hospitalist program. The current practice includes 30 full-time board certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist physicians. Daily, 12 physicians and a CRNP work the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. shift and 3 physicians and a CRNP provide care during the 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift. Average daily census is 15–20 patients per physician provider and 8–10 patients per provider at night. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of one year Acute Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
