What You Need: * Current Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification. * Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred but not required—new graduates welcome. * Excellent clinical skills, compassionate approach, and ability to work in a high-acuity environment. * Strong communication and teamwork skills.
