Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Neurology - Neurocritical Care in Massachusetts - Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a leading academic medical center just north of Boston in seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its highly regarded and expanding Neurocritical Care program. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, physician-led environment that cares for complex neurological and neurosurgical patients. Position Highlights * Join a dedicated team of 5 Neurointensivists and 10 Advanced Practice Providers * Practice in a 9-bed Neurosciences Critical Care Unit, expanding to 12 beds within the next year * Primary critical care role managing adult patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical conditions * Collaborative, team-based model with strong attending support * Perform procedures, including arterial lines, central lines, and lumbar punctures * No prior Neurocritical Care experience required; critical care experience preferred * Strong emphasis on teaching, quality improvement, and professional growth Responsibilities * Perform patient histories and physical examinations * Develop and implement diagnostic and treatment plans * Interpret laboratory data, imaging, and physiologic monitoring * Communicate effectively with patients and families * Work semi-autonomously while collaborating closely with Neurointensivists About the Program & Organization * 390-bed academic tertiary care hospital * Major affiliate of UMass Chan-Lahey Medical School * Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level I Trauma Center * Neurocritical Care Unit is a Beacon Gold-recognized ICU * Part of a large, respected, physician-led, multi-disciplinary health system Compensation and Benefits * Annual base salary range: $133,120 - $215,000 * Compensation based on experience, training, certifications, and role responsibilities * Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and paid time off Location * Burlington, MA, just north of Boston * Top-rated school systems and vibrant cultural amenities * Easy access to Boston, as well as the mountains, lakes, and coastlines of New England DO-2601-101920
