MI licensed only due to emergent need . 7 days of hospital service 2 weeks of clinic. Athena EMR Clinic is 8 to 5  No admits, hospitalist do that There can be a week off in between if not available for 3 weeks concurrent.    Call is consultative ONLY.    When on hospital service 14-16 patients per day.  Clinic is 12-14 patients per day. The nephrology service is consultative only and does not admit primarily. Rounds are from 8 am to 5 pm with hospitalists taking first call after 5 pm with nephrologist available for backup.
