Physician (MD/DO) - Nephrology in Indiana - Key Responsibilities: * Full-time permanent position * Diagnose and manage CKD, ESRD, AKI, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and glomerular disease * Provide inpatient consults and maintain outpatient clinic * Oversee dialysis care (inpatient, in-center HD, and home modalities) * Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and primary care teams * Participate in shared call rotation (≤10 days/month) * Opportunity for Medical Director role Practice Environment: * Strong referral network with established patient volume * Teaching opportunities with medical students and family medicine residents * EMR: Meditech * Experienced support staff Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive salary + quarterly wRVU incentives (3–5 year agreement) * Signing bonus + annual commitment bonus (starting year 2) * Relocation assistance * CME: $5,000 + 5 days * Comprehensive benefits (health, disability, retirement plans) * Malpractice with tail + paid licenses
