QUALIFICATIONS / JOB REQUIREMENTS * Interventional Radiology Fellowship completion required * ABR Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology certification (ABR-certified) * Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an interventional radiologist * Proficiency with Powerscribe 1 dictation system * Ability to meet productivity expectations (minimum 61 RVUs per shift) * Valid Arizona medical license or ability to obtain licensure for locum tenens assignment PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform a broad range of interventional radiology procedures: biopsy, drain placement, nephrostomy, gastrostomy, embolization, IVC filter placement, fistulagram with declot, biliary and venous interventions * Provide general radiology reads as needed to support the on-site radiology department * Cover general fluoroscopy procedures during on-call shifts and participate in rotating call and holiday coverage with the current IR practice * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet departmental productivity and quality metrics * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and continuity of care COMPENSATION & ADDITIONAL DETAILS * Weekly estimated pay: $6,150 – $7,280 (locum tenens pay range) * High-volume practice with ~10,238 annual cases — strong opportunity to maintain procedural skills * On-site position in Glendale, AZ with easy access to Phoenix amenities and community resources Ready to explore this locum tenens interventional radiologist role in Glendale, Arizona?
