This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a dynamic, well-established facility committed to innovative, comprehensive cardiac care. Key Responsibilities: * Provide advanced cardiac electrophysiology services, including diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias. * Perform complex electrophysiology procedures, including ablations, device implantations, and pacemaker management. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, vascular specialists, and allied health professionals to deliver integrated patient care. * Participate in on-call rotations, sharing responsibilities with fellow electrophysiologists—coverage averages four times per month, with potential reductions as additional EPs join. * Contribute to the development and improvement of electrophysiology protocols and patient care pathways. * Engage in ongoing clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
