Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Anesthesiology - General/Other in Minot, ND - We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment providing daytime anesthesia coverage in an acute care hospital setting. The CRNA will work in a medically directed care team model with anesthesiologist oversight and full support from anesthesia technicians. The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, and healthy pediatric cases. No cardiac or neuro cases are performed. Documentation is completed using Cerner with some paper charting. Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Cardiology - General/Other in New York - * * Schedule & Commitment: 3 weeks per month block schedule coverage. Shift timings are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour day shifts). * Call Coverage: Night call requirements from 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM on an ad-hoc basis as needed to fill department schedule gaps. * Practice Setting & Location Structure: This role involves floating between two regional facility sites: * _Outpatient Clinic & Stress Test Supervision:_ Massena Hospital (Massena, NY). * _Hospital Consult Service:_ Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Potsdam, NY). * Clinical Scope & Core Duties: * Outpatient clinic coverage averaging approximately 3 days per week. * Supervising clinical stress tests approximately 1 day per week. * Inpatient hospital consult service rotation on an ad-hoc basis. * Reading the nuclear portion of stress tests as needed (preferred but not mandatory). * Practice Dynamics: The provider will manage a solo practice structure. While a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is currently on-site, they will be departing at the end of September. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Hours: Standard day shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). * Flexibility: The facility is highly accommodating and will accept providers looking for full-time ongoing coverage or those who can offer a minimum of 1 week of block coverage per month. * Call Coverage: Night and weekend call coverage is highly preferred and available, but it is not mandatory . * Practice Setting & Patient Volume: Clinic-based consultative role inside a major acute care hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU and a 10-bed specialized department. Averages approximately 25 clinic patients per day (Adult/Childbearing age population). * Clinical Scope & Focus: Primary focus on ultrasound interpretation, maternal diagnostics, and high-risk pregnancy consultations. Cases managed regularly include: * Pregnancy-induced hypertension and HELLP syndrome. * Pre-existing Type I/II and gestational diabetes. * Complex maternal co-morbidities (Cardiac Class II+, Pulmonary, Renal, Neurological, Autoimmune, and Hematologic/Oncologic disorders). * Placenta previa/abruption and multiple gestations. * Procedural & Diagnostic Skills: Performance and interpretation of Level II targeted ultrasounds, echocardiography, genetic amniocentesis, and management of vaginal deliveries. Strong diagnostic ultrasound skills are highly preferred. * Dedicated Support Staff: Collaborating with a comprehensive team consisting of 2 RNs, 2 MAs, and 2 APPs. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology - Cardiac in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Hours: Standard full-time schedule consisting of 4 to 5 shifts per week (10 hours each). The facility is also open to providers who can offer 1 week of block coverage per month. Daily shift times vary based on clinical assignments: * 06:15 AM – 04:45 PM * 06:30 AM – 04:30 PM * 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM * Call Coverage: Must be willing to take night beeper call approximately 1 to 2 nights per week. * Practice Setting & Scope: High-volume clinical setting within a prominent 593-bed Level I Trauma center (York Hospital) and an affiliated Surgery & Rehabilitation facility. You will work alongside a collaborative team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and specialty clinicians. * Clinical Focus: Dedicated to Cardiac Anesthesiology cases, managing a diverse and complex patient population across advanced surgical and procedural areas. * Patient Population: Comprehensive anesthesia management spanning all age groups. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology - General/Other in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Hours: Full-time only (no overtime). 4 to 5 shifts per week (10 hours each). Shift times vary slightly according to daily clinical assignments: * 06:15 AM – 04:45 PM * 06:30 AM – 04:30 PM * 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM * Clinical Model: Medically Directed care team model operating at a 1:3 ratio (maximum 1:4). * Practice Setting & Scope: High-volume care inside a prominent 593-bed Level I Trauma center (York Hospital) and an affiliated Surgery & Rehabilitation facility. You will work collaboratively alongside anesthesiologists and surgeons. * Case Variety: Broad case mix providing extensive exposure to complex patient profiles. Areas include: * Trauma, Neuro & Spine, Cardiac, Thoracic, and Vascular & APS. * OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, GI, Plastics, Orthopedics, and Robotics. * Non-Operating Room Anesthesia (NORA) locations. * Procedure Specifics: CRNAs manage epidurals without a physician present. Please note that CRNAs do not perform regional blocks at this facility. * Required Anesthesia Skills: Competency in GETA, MAC, Regional, Spinal, and Ultrasound-guided techniques. * Patient Population: Comprehensive anesthesia management covering all age groups. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Hematology and Oncology in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Contract Length: Full-time coverage starting September 8, 2026, through March 8, 2027. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Facility is also open to a 4-day work week schedule). * Call Coverage: Weeknight and weekend call rotation expected at a 1:2 ratio. * Practice Setting & Case Mix: This is an exciting opportunity to support a brand-new Medical Oncology and Hematology community-based practice opening inside a 131-bed acute care hospital. * The case mix is roughly 60% Oncology and 40% Hematology. * Primary focus is outpatient clinic care, with inpatient consults at the hospital as needed. * Patient Load & Population: Anticipated initial volume of 10 patients per day, with expectations for practice growth. Adult patient population only (Ages 18+). * Support Staff & Team: You will collaborate with 1 full-time employed physician. The comprehensive support team features 2 front office staff members, 1 RN, 1 MA, 1 Patient Navigator, and additional support personnel. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urology in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Coverage Block: Ongoing PRN coverage needed approximately once every 12 to 14 weeks. The current targeted block is: * November 16 (7:00 AM) – November 23 (7:00 AM) * Shift Structure: 24-Hour continuous call coverage handling acute hospital consults and surgical procedures. Expect an average callback volume of 10 to 12 hours per day. * Practice Setting & Regional Scope: Based inpatient at a 76-bed acute care hospital in Chambersburg, PA. The provider will also provide phone consult/call support for regional affiliate facilities (Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center) as required. * Support Structure: Solo physician coverage during the call shift; please note there is no dedicated APP (Advanced Practice Provider) support on this specific service rotation. * Patient Population: Comprehensive urologic care spanning all age groups (Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics). * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urology in New York - * Schedule & Hours: Standard day shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). The outpatient clinic is open Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. * Practice Setting: Primarily an outpatient clinic setting (equipped with 4 exam rooms) with inpatient consults, surgical procedures, and post-op rounding as needed. * Call Coverage: Optional and highly flexible. 24-hour call shifts run from 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM; the facility will customize the call schedule based on how many days you are willing to cover per month. * Patient Load & Population: Averages approximately 20 patients per day. Adult patient population only (Ages 18+). * Clinical Scope: Focus on standard "Bread and Butter" urological cases and procedures. Note: Located at a Level III Trauma Center. Operating Room (OR) blocks run from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with no case limits. Robotic surgery is typically limited or unavailable on urology days. * Support Staff: You will work alongside a collaborative team consisting of 1 full-time provider, 2 LPNs, 2 CNAs/CMAs, and a Patient Representative. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Cardiology - Electrophysiology in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No call required. * Flexibility: Client is ideally looking for full-time ongoing coverage, but will gladly accept providers who can commit to 2 weeks per month on an ongoing basis. * Practice Setting & Patient Load: Mixed clinical setting within a 270-bed acute care teaching hospital. * _Outpatient Clinic:_ Averages 16 patients per day. * _Inpatient Rounding:_ Averages 10 to 15 patients per day. * Dedicated Support Staff: Work alongside 1 assigned clinical team for outpatient care and 1 assigned APP for inpatient care. * Clinical Scope & Required Procedures: * Pacemaker Implants * ICD Implants (both traditional and sub-Q) * Loop Recorder implants and/or explants * Ablations (AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER) * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.
