Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Anesthesiology - General/Other in Minot, ND - We are seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens assignment providing daytime anesthesia coverage in an acute care hospital setting. The CRNA will work in a medically directed care team model with anesthesiologist oversight and full support from anesthesia technicians. The case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, and healthy pediatric cases. No cardiac or neuro cases are performed. Documentation is completed using Cerner with some paper charting. Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Cardiology - General/Other in New York - * * Schedule & Commitment: 3 weeks per month block schedule coverage. Shift timings are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour day shifts). * Call Coverage: Night call requirements from 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM on an ad-hoc basis as needed to fill department schedule gaps. * Practice Setting & Location Structure: This role involves floating between two regional facility sites: * _Outpatient Clinic & Stress Test Supervision:_ Massena Hospital (Massena, NY). * _Hospital Consult Service:_ Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Potsdam, NY). * Clinical Scope & Core Duties: * Outpatient clinic coverage averaging approximately 3 days per week. * Supervising clinical stress tests approximately 1 day per week. * Inpatient hospital consult service rotation on an ad-hoc basis. * Reading the nuclear portion of stress tests as needed (preferred but not mandatory). * Practice Dynamics: The provider will manage a solo practice structure. Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) in Pennsylvania - * Schedule & Hours: Standard day shift, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). * Flexibility: The facility is highly accommodating and will accept providers looking for full-time ongoing coverage or those who can offer a minimum of 1 week of block coverage per month. * Call Coverage: Night and weekend call coverage is highly preferred and available, but it is not mandatory . * Practice Setting & Patient Volume: Clinic-based consultative role inside a major acute care hospital equipped with a Level 3 NICU and a 10-bed specialized department. Averages approximately 25 clinic patients per day (Adult/Childbearing age population). * Clinical Scope & Focus: Primary focus on ultrasound interpretation, maternal diagnostics, and high-risk pregnancy consultations. Cases managed regularly include: * Pregnancy-induced hypertension and HELLP syndrome. * Pre-existing Type I/II and gestational diabetes. * Complex maternal co-morbidities (Cardiac Class II+, Pulmonary, Renal, Neurological, Autoimmune, and Hematologic/Oncologic disorders). * Placenta previa/abruption and multiple gestations. * Procedural & Diagnostic Skills: Performance and interpretation of Level II targeted ultrasounds, echocardiography, genetic amniocentesis, and management of vaginal deliveries. Strong diagnostic ultrasound skills are highly preferred. * Dedicated Support Staff: Collaborating with a comprehensive team consisting of 2 RNs, 2 MAs, and 2 APPs. * Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Fully integrated utilizing Epic charting software.

Expect an average callback volume of 10 to 12 hours per day. * Practice Setting & Regional Scope: Based inpatient at a 76-bed acute care hospital in Chambersburg, PA. Adult patient population only (Ages 18+). * Clinical Scope: Focus on standard "Bread and Butter" urological cases and procedures. Note: Located at a Level III Trauma Center. Operating Room (OR) blocks run from 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with no case limits.
