Schedule & Call * Inpatient Rounding: On-site, weekdays * Evening Call: On-site coverage during evenings * Weekend Call: On-site coverage * Patient Volume: Average of 11 patients per day Key Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive inpatient care for obstetric and gynecologic patients * Perform inpatient rounding, assessment, and management of complex cases * Participate in weekend and evening call coverage for the hospital * Collaborate with nursing staff, mid-level providers, and other physicians to ensure continuity of care * Accurately document patient encounters in EMR systems Required Qualifications * Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OBGYN * Active Virginia medical license or eligibility to obtain * Experience in inpatient OBGYN care, including labor & delivery and gynecologic procedures * Proficiency with EMR systems: eCW (outpatient) and Meditech (inpatient) Richmond combines a rich historical heritage with modern amenities and medical facilities.
