JOB DESCRIPTION * the facility is seeking a full-time locums MD OB/GYN to join its hospital-owned Four Seasons OB/GYN practice in the facility, Vermont, offering full-spectrum women's health care in a collaborative, physician-respected, community-based environment with flexible scheduling and excellent quality of life. Coverage Location (Facility Name, City, State): the facility VT Practice Setting (Office/Clinic, Hospital/Call, OB Only, OB/GYN, GYN Only): Clinic/Call Reason for Coverage: Staffing shortage Dates of Coverage: Varies starting in August 15th, 2026 Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8a-8p or 8p-8a Call Schedule: Varies Call Ratio: Varies Total Number of Beds: 7 Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per for clinic Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 full time MD, 1 GYN MD-no call, 1 PRN MD Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates (List Names): Could be splitting call shifts but would not be call at same time * How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 4 CNM's often take primary call Number of Exam Rooms: 10 in clinic Number of Exam Rooms: 10 in clinic Onsite Lab?
