Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology - General/Other in Bethlehem, PA - Our private practice of 63 physicians and 105 CRNAs is looking to hire a full time partnership track Anesthesia Physician due to rapid growth in our network. We are looking for generalists with strong regional skills, Residents graduating in 2022 are welcome to apply, Graduates with fellowships will receive strong consideration. We have a dedicated team of fellowship trained CT anesthesiologist who provide cardiac care, in addition we also perform anesthesia for orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular and general surgery. In-House Call (First call) is once every 14 days, during the week it starts at 3-4pm and ends at 7am the next day. Weekends in house call is a 24 hours call, from 7am – 7am, we have 2 to 3, 24 hours CRNAs on call with you. Backup call (second call) is also every 14 days. Starting salary is $400K for the first year with an increase to $425K the second year. Partnership is voted on after 18 months and granted at the completion of two years. Partnership compensation averages over $450K per year. * Benefits: Blue Cross health insurance with three different options, including HAS * Sign On Bous: $40K and $10K for relocation payment * $3K toward CME expense yearly * $500 per month for car expense for those who travel between multiple campuses * $80 a month for cellphone expenses
