This position offers a mix of clinic, scheduled surgical cases, and call coverage in a collaborative practice. Position Details * Coverage: Ongoing * Schedule: Approximately 14 working days per month with 10 days of call * Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Clinic, Surgery, and Call * Clinic: Evaluate and manage general surgery patients, including pre- and post-operative care * Average Daily Census: 15 patients * Average General Surgery Patients During 24-Hour Call: 0–5 * Scheduled Surgeries: Monday–Friday * Emergency Surgery Call: 24/7 coverage as assigned Required Procedures * Abdominal surgery * Endoscopy * Liver procedures * Stomach surgery * Gallbladder surgery (Cholecystectomy) * Appendectomy * Colon surgery * Laparoscopic procedures * Spleen surgery Qualifications * Board Certified in General Surgery or Board Eligible (within 3 years of U.S. residency completion) * Active North Dakota medical license * Current DEA registration * ATLS certification * PALS certification
