Physician (MD/DO) - Hospitalist in Great Falls, MT - We are seeking an experienced Board Eligible or Board Certified Hospitalist to join our dedicated inpatient care team at a growing, physician-led health system in Great Falls, MT. Work in a state-of-the-art 36-bed acute care hospital with a highly collaborative team and a manageable patient census. Highlights: * Hospital-employed, full-time position * 7-on/7-off schedule, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM * Work alongside: * Dedicated Nocturnists * Pulm/Critical Care physician * Experienced Nurse Practitioner also working 7-on/7-off * Daily census averages 15 patients * 1:5 nursing ratio, adjusted by patient acuity * Procedure experience preferred but not required * Strong support from Telemedicine Critical Care/Pulmonology and a full panel of on-call specialists * Robust EMR and efficient workflows Hospital Features: * Acute care hospital with: * 36 inpatient beds * 10-bed open ICU * 2 cardiac cath lab suites * 8-bed pre/post-procedure unit * 5 ORs + 4 OR Surgery Center * 5 observation beds * 8-bed Emergency Department staffed with highly experienced clinicians Requirements: * MD or DO degree * Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Montana (or eligibility to obtain) * Demonstrated experience in hospital medicine; procedural skills preferred * Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package * 401(k) with generous employer match * Sign-on and relocation bonus * Generous vacation and sick leave * CME allowance and paid professional dues * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Why Great Falls, Montana?
