Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice in Upland, CA - We are seeking a Locums Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join a well-established practice in Upland, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive environment while providing high-quality outpatient care. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to delivering comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Compensation: $ 140.00-$150.00 Per Hour Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. * Perform routine physicals, chronic disease management, and preventive care. * Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work. * Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as needed. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care. Physician (MD/DO) - Emergency Medicine in Oakdale, CA - We are expanding our Emergency Medicine team in Oakdale, CA, and seeking board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians to join our growing and collaborative group. The team consists of 6+ Emergency Medicine Physicians and 2.5 Advanced Practice Providers, providing 24-hour physician coverage and 10-hour APP coverage per day. Hospital & Facility Highlights: * 5 ICU beds and 30 Med/Surg beds. * Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, and MRI available during daytime hours. * Established specialty support services to enhance patient care. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver emergency medical care in an acute care hospital with a 12-bed ED (all private rooms) and 4 fast-track beds. * Manage an annual patient volume of 20,579 with an average of 2.1 patients per hour and a 4% admission rate. * Collaborate with specialists in anesthesiology, interventional radiology, cardiology, general surgery, mobile crisis psych, orthopedics, pediatrics, and wound care. * Support the hospital’s transition to a Level 4 Trauma designation (expected 2025/2026). * Work 12-hour shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. & 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), with full-time at 120 hours per month (part-time options available).
