Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Obstetrics and Gynecology in Hot Springs, AR - POSITION OVERVIEW  One of our Partners is seeking an OB/GYN physician for an ongoing locum opportunity in Arkansas supporting labor & delivery and gynecologic services. This assignment offers 24-hour beeper call coverage , broad OB procedural exposure, APP support, manageable volume, and an expedited credentialing process. COMPENSATION HIGHLIGHTS * 24-Hour Call: $3,500/day _(includes required 2 gratis hours)_ * Callback: $300/hour * Night Call: $700/night _(if split coverage utilized)_ * Compensation Ranking: Top 10–15% nationally for community OB/GYN locums Additional Highlights: * Immediate call coverage need * Ongoing assignment * Temporary privileges available * Fast credentialing (~15 days) * Broad OB + GYN scope ASSIGNMENT HIGHLIGHTS * HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission–certified * Active member of NALTO * Immediate call coverage need * Ongoing assignment * Beeper call model * Temporary privileges available * MediTech EMR * Travel prepaid * Malpractice coverage provided * Provider compensation ranks Top 10–15% nationally JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provider responsibilities include: * Labor & delivery coverage * Admissions * Inpatient rounding * Emergency OB response * Vaginal deliveries * C-sections * Gynecologic procedures * Surgical gynecology coverage * 24-hour call coverage Admissions required. Rounding includes inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.
